Executive Chairman of the Board

Matt O'Hara joined QB in July 2023, assuming the position of the Executive Chairman of the QB Board while continuing to fulfill his primary responsibilities at 360T as CEO, Americas. Matt joined 360T in 2015 and is a member of the Group Executive Board, where he plays a significant role in driving growth and shaping the organization's strategic direction. Prior to 360T, Matt served as a Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets in the Americas at Thomson Reuters. He joined Reuters in 2006 as the Head of FX & MM for the Americas and went on to manage Global FX Business Development and Operations. Before his tenure at Thomson Reuters, Matt held senior FX and eCommerce management roles in London, Chicago, and New York while working for The First National Bank of Chicago, Bank One, and JP Morgan. With a substantial background in the financial industry, Matt brings extensive experience and strategic insight to his role.
